The University of the Arts London and Alumno-Miller Ltd are proposing to convert four buildings on Peckham Road, into student accommodation for the University of the Arts London, which includes Camberwell College of Arts and the London College of Communication.
The proposals comprise of approximately 130 bedrooms with outdoor amenity space to the front of South House and a shared garden to the rear of West, Central and East Houses. The accommodation will be spread across the existing buildings, which front either side of Peckham Road and are adjacent to Camberwell College of Arts. There is also a proposed new build extension to Central House and a smaller infill extension to South House.
